Who you would be working with

Tim Rossiter

Tim works with founders, boards and investors on complex decisions where judgement, structure and context matter.

He has spent most of his career in the alternative investment industry, including eighteen years as a Partner of a global fund administrator that he helped build from a start-up. He was a founding director of Island Primary, serving from before the school opened in 2023 through to its sale in 2026. His focus is now on advisory work involving growth, transition, complexity and long-term outcomes.

Through Interesting Things, which he founded in 2023, he works selectively with clients facing moments where there is no obvious or templated solution: new ventures, governance challenges, strategic inflection points, or situations that call for an experienced, independent perspective.

He is Chair of AIMA Cayman, Executive Chair and co-founder of Lodestone AI, and a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, a CFA charterholder and a chartered accountant by background.
